Health Care Management Associates was formed in 1979 to assist non-profit, religious and charitable sponsors of senior health and residential services relative to strategic planning, feasibility studies, market analysis, facility and program planning, operational audits, financial planning, management turnaround, project management, and capital finance and development. Primary areas of concentration and capability include:
Long Term Care
Effective development and management of community-based and institutional long term, post acute, and specialty care services. Staff and consultants include licensed nursing home administrators, geriatric nurse practitioners, planners, architects, and accountants.
Senior Living Communities
We have helped plan, implement, and evaluate senior living communities throughout North America. These were often original and creative solutions to a unique set of sponsor and market parameters. The projects with which we have worked have achieved full occupancy with substantial waiting lists, and continue to be highly viable operations with positive financial and market results.
Consulting and Project Management
The Health Care Management team has a solid record in planning, operations and development. Often, we serve as an adjunct staff rather than in a consulting capacity.
The President of Health Care Management Associates, Inc. is Michael O. Pulling. Mr. Pulling is a graduate of Cornell University. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with distinction. In addition to experience in over three hundred and fifty major consulting and contract management projects, he has delivered presentations to major associations and organizations throughout the United States and Canada. He is the author of nearly a dozen articles and papers.
